This striking listed building is situated on Madrid’s famous Gran Via in the very centre of the city.

The hotel was completely refurbished in 2007. While the building’s beautiful, historic, original exterior was preserved, the interiors were sympathetically modernised. Since its renovation, the hotel now offers the most modern accommodation on the Gran Via.

In the heart of the Spanish capital, the hotel is close to the city’s famous Puerta del Sol and the Plaza Mayor. The Vincci Capitol is in the centre of Madrid’s commercial heart and close to the Triangle of Arts, which is formed by the museums El Prado, Reina Sofia and Thyssen Bornemisza.

The hotel has a coffee shop and a lounge, laundry service and room service. Also the hotel have an Spa for individual use, and a massage service.

The friendliness of the staff, the quality of the breakfast and the decorative order of the room.

The shower door was too small, so the water came over the side! We had to use all our towels to keep the floor dry - not very convenient and not good for the environment, as they had to be changed every day! A minor grumble, however!

Lovely decor and great location. Nice bar.

They staff said that we could not be given an iron due to health and safety reasons. Odd. I've never come across this before.

The hotel is stylish, centrally located, great value and beautifully
appointed. In particular we loved the great bathroom with the hot tub!

The bar only being open until 11, likewise room service finishing at 11.
Having booked a double, being put in a room with twin beds pushed
together that seperated through out the night was annoying.

Clean, modern room

Two reasons we seleceted the hotel, private parking (which they wouldn't help us with when we got there) and we paid for a triple room (which you would assume is 3 people), only hotel that had triple room listed seperately and it said price per room; however upon checkout they charged us for an additional person;
