The pool was wonderful, clean and bigger than I expected, and a welcomed break from all the walking.

The offered breakfast was way too expensive to take advantage of.

The lovely pool, the friendly staff.

Roof top swimming pool is great attraction (but water is really really cold even in scorching weather!)

Staff were pleasant but not attentive, for example, distracted by other things and on the phone during my check-in and check-out. Rooms are very dated. Requested a double and got twin beds.

Stayed here only because of the pool & location.

Was given a room which was already occupied! When we told the staff at reception they didn't careless and wouldn't apologize, just gave us another room. The rooms were old fashioned & drinks expensive. Glad we only stayed one night.

they out me in a room with twin beds to begin with and had to ask to be moved, but they could not move me the first night. also the aircon is not very effective

Great difference in room rates for Friday and Saturday - I feel room rates should be consistent during specific seasons.

the breakfast was quite good.

I was not given internet facilities and assistance for 3 days and had to change hotel. Innaceptable.They do not even have an iron in the hotel. Renovation work was being carried out on the same floor vis a vis my room
