The location was perfect - 5 mins from Place Catalunya. Room was very retro and modern. Air condidioning excellent. Completely sound proof. Staff were very helpful with maps etc. Very large comfortable double bed. Plenty of storage space. Not having a seperate bathroom was a bit strange. Didn't bother us but may bother some people. Just a frosted glass door for the toilet and same for the shower. Room sizes vary a lot and I think the price should reflect this. We paid the same price for a room half the size as our friends rooms (with no bath)! |

Wonderful customer service. While the hotel had a beautiful interior design, it was not very user-friendly. There was no counter at all by the sink/mirror, no holder for the soap, etc. Pretty, but not functional. |

The rooms were so designer and amazing. Very very impressive The elevators were too slow all the time. Staff would forget telephone requests, but they were very friendly and helpful. |

Perfekt gelegen, moderne Zimmer, nettes Personal! Das Waschbecken ist mitten im Raum, viel zu klein und es besteht keine Ablagemöglichkeit für den Kulturbeutel etc. Manchmal ist Design nicht alles! |

lo staff è stato gentilissimo e professionale, era il mio compleanno e appena lo hanno saputo a mia insaputa mi hanno mandato in camera una composizione di frutta con una candelina e un bigliettino personalizzato di auguri. ottima anche la cucina (anche la pizza!), la colazione, la palestra e la jacuzzi sul terrazzo. camere spaziose (più di quello che sembra dalle foto), ottimo design e posizione |
